Public health researcher, founder of The Reclaim Project, and NZ advocate for thriving in a digital world.
Dr. Samantha Marsh is a public health researcher with 15+ years experience studying the impacts of digital screens on children and teens. She founded The Reclaim Project to translate complex research into practical, school-wide solutions that foster thriving, not just safety, in a hyper-connected world. She collaborates with families and schools to address the underlying drivers of screen harms through evidence-based talks and resources.
Although she is often asked to discuss this topic in the media, what she is truly passionate about is talking about this complex issue with parents, teens, teachers, and communities and exploring the ways in which we can support kids and families to thrive in the digital world.
