Public health researcher, founder of The Reclaim Project, and an advocate for thriving in a digital world.

Dr. Samantha Marsh is a public health academic with over 15 years of experience researching the impact of screen use on child and adolescent wellbeing. Her PhD specifically investigated the behavioural effects of screens on young people, giving her a deep, data-driven understanding of how digital environments shape developing habits.

She founded The Reclaim Project to bridge the gap between rigorous science and the messy reality of modern parenting.

Sam has spent years translating complex research into plain English for parents, teachers, and healthcare providers. She moves beyond the standard "fear and filters" approach to focus on the human side of the equation: how we can reclaim our attention, our connections, and our children's childhoods from the grip of algorithms.

While she is a frequent media commentator on digital wellbeing, her true passion lies in the community, standing in front of a room of overwhelmed parents or skeptical teens and helping them find a path forward that feels empowering, not punitive.
